This PDF addresses some questions you may have regarding individual unit insurance coverage needs.
Important Garage Storage Rules
Brookside East was previously cited by the Tinley Park Fire Inspector for violating rules for storing items in our “common elements.”
Our garages are common elements. If you are storing items in the common elements, please move them into your unit or storage cage, or dispose of them.
Only an empty grocery cart is permitted next to your car.
If you have a bicycle, please park it in the trash room.
Article XVII: Covenants and Restrictions as to Use and Occupancy
B. Obstruction of Common Elements and Unit Maintenance.
There shall be no obstruction of the Common Elements nor shall anything be stored in the Common Elements without prior consent of the Board.
Owners who violate the rule may be fined $50 or more.
Thank you for your cooperation. Board of Directors

AETN :
Assistive Technology Exchange Network (ATEN) empowers individuals with disabilities by refurbishing and distributing donated computers and technology.
For many students, especially those in special education, technology is more than just a learning tool — it’s a bridge to academic achievement, social connection, career opportunities, and greater independence.
Each year, ATEN delivers over 4,000 refurbished computers and related devices to Illinois students, thanks to generous donations from individuals and businesses. In doing so, ATEN also helps protect the environment by diverting more than 300 tons of electronic waste from landfills annually.
Funded by the Illinois State Board of Education and partnered with the National Cristina Foundation, ATEN is part of a nationwide effort to ensure that everyone has access to the technology they need to thrive.
