Association Etiquette
The Basics
Good neighbor tips include being mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours, properly disposing of trash, keeping common areas clean, and being respectful of parking regulations. Please also ensure pets are leashed and waste is picked up. Review our Rules & Regulations for comprehensive guidelines.
- Please take care when driving in the parking lot (posted speed limit is 10 MPH).
- When leaving the garage, please remember to wait for the door to close behind you before pulling away. It is up to all of us to keep our buildings safe.
- All garbage must be bagged! Do not throw lose materials of any kind down the chute or directly into the dumpsters. This includes kitty litter! Note that this also includes pizza boxes; pizza boxes should be flattened and bagged so as not to attract rodents.
- ALL boxes should be broken down before being placed into the dumpster. When not broken down properly, the dumpsters appear full when, in fact, there is plenty of room to accommodate the scheduled two weekly pickups.
- Balcony railings must be maintained at the unit owner’s expense. Contact SP Management for paint color information and recommendations on painters in the area.
- Please have hot water tanks checked regularly. If your tank leaks and damages the unit(s) below, you will be responsible for repairs to that unit(s).
- Please have your air conditioning unit checked and cleaned annually.
- Any major work that impacts the external appearance of our buildings must be pre-approved by the BOD and Management Company, as there are various rules that must be followed.
